Repeat prescriptions
If you have regular medication for a condition, that your doctor is aware of, you can periodically collect a repeat prescription from the practice without having to make an appointment.
How to order a repeat prescription
We request that your repeat prescription request should reach us 48 hours before you need your medication by ticking on the right-hand side of the tear-off slip, either by yourself, your authorised family member or the local pharmacist (please note third party ordering will not be accepted from 01.12.2019) or by postal-paid SAE. Fax are not accepted, accute items may take longer than 48 hours.
Also Online prescription request is available please ask at the reception. You can register/nominate a pharmacy of your choice where you want your prescription to be sent electronically.If you need your medication delivered at home you will need to speak to your chosen pharmacy
If you are registered for online services then you are able to request repeat prescriptions online if you are not already registerd for online sevices then please speak to the receptionist to register.
